A star-filled night has inspired wonder for generations, but for many of us, city lights now outshine the stars. This program will explore what light pollution is, why it matters for people and wildlife, and the simple changes that can help bring the night sky back into view.
The program features Ken Walczak, Senior Manager at the Adler Planetarium and co-founder of Dark Sky Chicago, and Adam Kreuzer, co-founder of Dark Sky Chicago, who will share their expertise and practical ideas for reducing light pollution.
